There are many ways to describe what I do. That’s because what I do depends on what my clients need. There’s no one-size-fits-all in this business, so I approach every job differently and tailor financial and operational solutions to solve problems in smarter, results-driven ways.

Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Lauri Sullivan, a former COO and CFO, and founder of Sapphire Consulting Plus. Working with small business owners for over 25 years, I am an entrepreneur at heart. I am totally invested in each engagement, offering advice and making decisions as if it were my own business. I am passionate about developing policies and procedures to improve efficiencies, producing consistent financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and strengthening culture.

I understand the wider impact any one decision or action has on the company as a whole, and help business owners mitigate and navigate evolving strategies. My results collaborating with ownership to actively support goals are proven.
